Through our founding affiliation with The Montgomery Summit, March Capital offers our community unparalleled access to one of the world’s Top 5 technology conferences. A two-day invitation-only event, it gathers entrepreneurs, investors and leading executives to discover the most important innovations in business, technology and the innovation economy.

The Summit features keynote addresses and panel discussions with some of the world’s most well-respected and influential decision-makers, to thought provoking roundtables and 1-1 meetings.

We successfully held The Montgomery Summit presented by March Capital on May 24th & 25th, 2022. The 19th annual Summit showcased global-thought leaders and leading entrepreneurs. Our 2023 Summit promises to deliver and build on previous years’ successes, and we hope to see you back in person at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica, CA on March 7th & 8th, 2023.

Susan McClain

Michael Brock

Michael Brock is an experienced real estate professional with over a decade of experience, showcasing strategic leadership and a deep understanding of market dynamics. As our newest Director of Growth, he spearheads expansion through strategic partnerships for the Georgia and North Carolina markets. Previously, he served as the Designated Managing Broker for eXp Commercial and Michael Alexander Realty LLC, while also serving as director of Atlanta Real Estate Institute. Michael’s diverse background includes roles at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where he honed skills in negotiation and listing homes, as well as experiences in property management and institutional investing. His career reflects a commitment to excellence and a passion for real estate development, driving value for clients and stakeholders. 

Donna Dalonzo,

VP of Growth, Canada

Donna Dalonzo, VP of Growth, Canada  brings over 25 years of real estate experience, starting with Re/Max where she quickly rose to prominence, expanding the franchise from 92 to over 300 agents within three years. Recognized for her expertise in expansion, Donna successfully launched three Keller Williams offices in Quebec in 2012, earning accolades for her leadership and expansion initiatives. 

Donna’s strength lies in not only building real estate offices but also helping agents develop their businesses. Her knack for identifying solutions, whether in accountability, team building, or guidance, has empowered agents to achieve and surpass their goals. 

Continuously refining her skills, Donna embraced the challenge of bringing eXp Realty to Quebec in 2017. After thorough research, she chose eXp Realty for its forward-thinking vision and agent-centric approach, aligning perfectly with her own values and aspirations for the future of real estate. 

Troy Palmquist

Director of Growth, California

Troy is an experienced professional in the real estate industry, serving as the Founder of DOORA Properties and the Director of Growth for eXp Realty. With a wealth of experience in launching and expanding both independent and franchise brokerages, Troy has played a pivotal role in redefining real estate services across various markets. His dedication to enhancing agent performance and providing professional guidance has made him a respected figure in the industry. 

Throughout his career, Troy has achieved notable milestones, including selling thousands of residential properties and leading the successful launch of Engel & Völkers in Santa Monica. Additionally, he founded The Address brokerage, which grew to encompass five offices in Southern California. 

Troy’s commitment to innovation is evident in his contributions to the real estate sector, including patented improvements to residential signage and securing trademarks for brand design. A lifelong learner and advocate for knowledge-sharing, Troy frequently contributes to leading publications like Inman and HousingWire, covering topics from leadership to industry trends. 

Outside of his professional endeavors, Troy treasures time spent with his wife, Carrie, and their son, Rhett. Felix Bravo

Director of Growth, Florida

Felix Bravo is the Director of Growth for Florida at eXp and Co-Founder of Vida Luxury Group, a real estate team throughout the state of Florida.

Felix grew up in the real estate industry and began his career in Florida with Pordes Residential where he was a Sales Director at multiple boutique luxury new construction projects such as Kai, 101 Bay Harbor, and Palm Villas in Bay Harbor. Felix also spent this time working with multi family investors throughout the East Coast purchasing over 500 doors. In 2020 Felix Partnered with Side as their First Partner Expansion hire in Florida, he was a trop attractor and was the highest producer in 2020 and 2021. During this time Felix co-founded a Luxury Real Estate team which has since grown to 25+ agents throughout Florida. Post Side, Felix worked as the Director of Partnerships for Radius and was a key contributor towards their 409% agent growth in 2022. 

Felix has a passion for Leadership and Growth having trained and led multiple teams during his New Construction and Real Estate Career. Tony King

Tony King is a dynamic figure in real estate, combining nearly two decades of industry expertise with a distinguished military background. As a US Marine veteran, Tony was awarded the Purple Heart and Navy Achievement Medal with Valor during his service in Iraq, instilling in him a relentless work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Tony’s impressive career includes roles as former Vice President and Texas State Broker of Redfin, and former Designated Broker for eXp Realty Texas. He’s managed, mentored, and/or supervised over 10,000 agents and 500+ real estate teams, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.

Tony has personally sold hundreds of properties and overseen/brokered over 100,000 transactions, driving over 42 billion dollars in sales volume and over 800 million dollars in commissions paid to agents & teams under his supervision.

In addition to serving as a Board Member to the 5th Largest Realtor Association in the US (Metrotex), he hosts a weekly podcast dedicated to helping agents excel in their careers. And as a loving husband and a devoted father of three girls, Tony understands the importance of balance and family.

As a Vice-President of Growth, Tony focuses on providing growth leadership support to the states of California, Florida and Texas. Additionally, under his leadership, all state directors will work to streamline operations at the state level, aiming to maximize efficiency and market penetration.

Frank Panunto

Licensed since 1995, Frank has been serving the Tri-State area of Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland for over 27 years. Having been in the top 5% of sales nationally, Frank has now joined forces with EXP REALTY where his team continues to help homeowners and home buyers fulfill their real estate needs. In addition to growing his own team, Frank made his move into Management 12 years ago and enjoys helping and training agents in an effort to realize their personal and professional goals. Joining the Growth Team is an exciting opportunity and brings his passion of leadership to a much higher level. Frank graduated from the University of Delaware, has been happily married for 20 years, and is the proud father of 4 beautiful daughters.

Russ Laggan

Vice-President, Growth

Russ Laggan started his path to real estate in his 20’s working doing design and project management at a local kitchen remodeling firm. From there he opened the first local Concrete Countertop company in 1999. Russ sold that company in 2005 and did a quick stint in the mortgage business as an originator learning that that was not the job for him. Knowing so much about homes it seemed like a good fit and got licensed in 2005 to sell homes and never looked back. End of 2005 he moved to Florida at the peak of the market then learned how to build a sales business knowing almost no people in a market getting destroyed. Lessons learned. From 2008-12 Russ ran what became a top producing private office in Tampa at the time with 70 agents and almost 800 sales in 2012. Russ left the security of that role to sell again and sold 105 homes in 2013, 143 in 2014 and 136 in 2016 while buying 50% of a local office in 2014 and selling it in 2015 after turning it into a profitable deal with his business partner. Russ ran the lower half of the country for a national brand from 2015-2018 as a Regional VP with 28 offices and over 1000 agents. Russ was previously with the second fastest growing company in the country as the VP of Recruiting where he helped build the company from the 3k range to 9k range of agents in 20 months. Russ left that role to come to eXp as the Regional Director of Growth for the U.S. West and Central Regions. His main role is to support Growth at eXp by leading, training, coaching and supporting team, agents and influencers.

Sean Murphy

Sean Patrick Murphy is the Vice President of Growth for the fastest growing real estate company on the planet.

Michael Valdes

Chief Growth Officer

Michael Valdes is the Chief Growth Officer of eXp Realty. He is currently the only Latino Chief Growth Officer of a publicly traded real estate company in the country (Nasdaq: EXPI). He has led a team which has opened 21 countries in 22 months without ever getting on a plane which is a feat that has never been done in the industry. This model has successfully touched the lives of thousands of people across the globe and given them an opportunity to change their lives.

Michael was the former Senior Vice President of Global Servicing for Realogy Corporation. In that role he oversaw the international servicing platform for all Realogy brands including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Better Homes & Garden, Corcoran, Climb and Sotheby’s International Realty in 113 countries. He had been with Realogy in a variety of roles for 15 years. Prior to that, Mr. Valdes was Director of Private Banking at Deutsche Bank for a decade where he oversaw a book of business of just under $1 billion. He has the distinction of being the first Director in the United States of Latino descent.

Mr. Valdes is the Chair of the AREAA Global Advisory Board and also a current member of the NAHREP Corporate Board of Governors. Additionally, he is the Executive Chair of eXp Latino and former member of the Realogy Diversity Board as well as the Executive Chair of the ONE VOZ, Hispanic ERG. He is a former Board Member of Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach as well as the Shanti Organization in San Francisco. Michael was also a Board Member of Pink & Blue for 2, an organization started by Olivia Newton-John to promote breast and prostate cancer awareness.

Michael is also the host of “The Michael Valdes Global Podcast” as well as “The Global Luxury Real Estate Mastermind” podcast which focuses on interviewing global leaders in the industry.
