Nadia Habib

Michael Valdes

Chief Growth Officer

Michael Valdes is the Chief Growth Officer of eXp Realty. He is currently the only Latino Chief Growth Officer of a publicly traded real estate company in the country (Nasdaq: EXPI). He has led a team which has opened 21 countries in 22 months without ever getting on a plane which is a feat that has never been done in the industry. This model has successfully touched the lives of thousands of people across the globe and given them an opportunity to change their lives.

Michael was the former Senior Vice President of Global Servicing for Realogy Corporation. In that role he oversaw the international servicing platform for all Realogy brands including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Better Homes & Garden, Corcoran, Climb and Sotheby’s International Realty in 113 countries. He had been with Realogy in a variety of roles for 15 years. Prior to that, Mr. Valdes was Director of Private Banking at Deutsche Bank for a decade where he oversaw a book of business of just under $1 billion. He has the distinction of being the first Director in the United States of Latino descent.

Mr. Valdes is the Chair of the AREAA Global Advisory Board and also a current member of the NAHREP Corporate Board of Governors. Additionally, he is the Executive Chair of eXp Latino and former member of the Realogy Diversity Board as well as the Executive Chair of the ONE VOZ, Hispanic ERG. He is a former Board Member of Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach as well as the Shanti Organization in San Francisco. Michael was also a Board Member of Pink & Blue for 2, an organization started by Olivia Newton-John to promote breast and prostate cancer awareness.

Michael is also the host of “The Michael Valdes Global Podcast” as well as “The Global Luxury Real Estate Mastermind” podcast which focuses on interviewing global leaders in the industry. It is currently distributed in over 100 countries and has over 12 million impressions. He is also a current member of the Forbes Real Estate Advisory Council.

He currently resides in New York City and Miami.

Dave Conord

President, North America

Dave Conord is President of eXp Realty North America. He has led the company from 10,000 US and Canadian agents in 2018 to over 78,000 agents in less than 4 years, making it the fastest growing real estate company in the history of the industry. eXp Realty also became the largest independent real estate company in America and has been noted throughout the industry for its innovation and unprecedented growth.

Dave lives in PA with his wife of 25 years, and his two daughters. The Conords can be found together hiking with their dogs, running and playing lacrosse, and as often as possible on treks through Europe and the Caribbean islands.

Nathalie Goodyer

Russ Laggan

Vice President of Growth, West Region

Russ Laggan started his path to real estate in his 20’s working doing design and project management at a local kitchen remodeling firm. From there he opened the first local Concrete Countertop company in 1999. Russ sold that company in 2005 and did a quick stint in the mortgage business as an originator learning that that was not the job for him. Knowing so much about homes it seemed like a good fit and got licensed in 2005 to sell homes and never looked back. End of 2005 he moved to Florida at the peak of the market then learned how to build a sales business knowing almost no people in a market getting destroyed. Lessons learned. From 2008-12 Russ ran what became a top producing private office in Tampa at the time with 70 agents and almost 800 sales in 2012. Russ left the security of that role to sell again and sold 105 homes in 2013, 143 in 2014 and 136 in 2016 while buying 50% of a local office in 2014 and selling it in 2015 after turning it into a profitable deal with his business partner. Russ ran the lower half of the country for a national brand from 2015-2018 as a Regional VP with 28 offices and over 1000 agents. Russ was previously with the second fastest growing company in the country as the VP of Recruiting where he helped build the company from the 3k range to 9k range of agents in 20 months. Russ left that role to come to eXp as the Regional Director of Growth for the U.S. West and Central Regions. His main role is to support Growth at eXp by leading, training, coaching and supporting team, agents and influencers.

Russ Laggan focuses on providing growth leadership support to the Eastern Region of the country.

Frank Panunto

Vice President of Growth, East Region

Licensed since 1995, Frank has been serving the Tri-State area of Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland for over 27 years. Having been in the top 5% of sales nationally, Frank has now joined forces with EXP REALTY where his team continues to help homeowners and home buyers fulfill their real estate needs. In addition to growing his own team, Frank made his move into Management 12 years ago and enjoys helping and training agents in an effort to realize their personal and professional goals. Joining the Growth Team is an exciting opportunity and brings his passion of leadership to a much higher level. Frank graduated from the University of Delaware, has been happily married for 20 years, and is the proud father of 4 beautiful daughters.

Kelley Tanzola

Kelley Tanzola serves as our Regional Growth Director for eXp Realty in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. With a solid foundation in interior design, real estate and coaching, she seamlessly integrates her expertise to empower agents.

In 2008, amid a challenging market, Kelley fully committed to real estate, leveraging door-knocking on expired listings to establish her presence. Her early success quickly attracted experienced agents seeking her guidance, motivating her to start coaching others. Her motto, “There is enough business for all of us,” embodies her dedication to helping agents thrive.

As she transitioned into leadership, Kelley discovered her passion for growth and recruitment. In her current role, she spearheads initiatives that enhance support, productivity, and cultural initiatives while optimizing operations across multiple markets. Tony King

Vice President of Growth, CA, TX & FL

Tony’s impressive career includes roles as former Vice President and Texas State Broker of Redfin, and former Designated Broker for eXp Realty Texas. He’s managed, mentored, and/or supervised over 10,000 agents and 500+ real estate teams, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.

Tony has personally sold hundreds of properties and overseen/brokered over 100,000 transactions, driving over 42 billion dollars in sales volume and over 800 million dollars in commissions paid to agents & teams under his supervision.

In addition to serving as a Board Member to the 5th Largest Realtor Association in the US (Metrotex), he hosts a weekly podcast dedicated to helping agents excel in their careers. And as a loving husband and a devoted father of three girls, Tony understands the importance of balance and family.

As a Vice-President of Growth, Tony focuses on providing growth leadership support to the states of California, Florida and Texas. Additionally, under his leadership, all state directors will work to streamline operations at the state level, aiming to maximize efficiency and market penetration.

Keith Everitt

Keith Everitt brings over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, building a strong reputation for excellence and leadership. For the past 14 years, he has specialized in leadership and coaching, collaborating with top organizations such as eXp, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, and Tom Ferry Coaching. His exceptional ability to inspire and guide real estate professionals has made him a highly sought-after coach and mentor.

In his current role as the Regional Growth Director for eXp Realty, Keith oversees operations across Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. Carrie Zeier, our newly appointed Vice President of Luxury Growth, oversees our luxury real estate operations across 24 countries, driving strategic initiatives and fostering strong relationships within the luxury sector. Additionally, Carrie spearheads our emerging Sports & Entertainment division, currently in the early stages of development, offering an exclusive opportunity for agents with specialized industry experience.

Carrie is a recognized powerhouse in luxury real estate, with a career marked by exceptional achievements and industry accolades. Susan McClain

As Vice President of Sales for a franchise, she played a pivotal role in elevating it to the #6 global position within the franchise network. Josey M. Baez

Director of Growth (FL)

Josey M. Baez is an accomplished professional in real estate and marketing, specializing in communications, marketing, and advertising from FIU. With a career distinguished by executive-level roles, Josey brings exceptional leadership and strategic insight, driving growth across organizations.

Currently serving as the Director of Growth for eXp Realty in Florida, Josey oversees the state’s support, growth, productivity, and cultural aspects, managing approximately 10,000 agents. She focuses on streamlining state operations aiming to maximize efficiency, market reach, and overall operational success.

Prior to joining us at eXp Realty, Josey led as Team Leader at KW Legacy in Weston, FL, responsible for the overall growth and productivity of a real estate office with 200+ agents. Additionally, Josey was the COO at Level 5 Leadership Inc., where she managed operations across five KW franchises, implementing strategies to optimize productivity, growth and profitability. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensured smooth organizational functioning and growth.

Lisa Kane

Lisa brings a diverse range of experience from various industries and locations, combining her expertise in real estate with a unique blend of skills and passion. She began her career in California as an elementary school teacher and vice principal before transitioning into real estate in 1997. Since then, she has leveraged her flair for architecture and design, along with her commitment to service, to build a successful career in new home sales and marketing.

Relocating to Wake Forest in 2010 deepened her connection to North Carolina, where she became an active community member. A profound personal experience in 2011, the loss of her son, inspired Lisa to establish Covered in Love, a nonprofit organization that began locally in Raleigh and has since expanded to support families across 37 states and five countries dealing with miscarriage, stillbirth, and early infant loss.

With a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language from Pepperdine University, Lisa’s dedication to education continues through her role as the Founder and President of Rolesville Charter Academy, where she has made significant contributions to the educational field.

Since joining eXp Realty in January 2017, Lisa has played a pivotal role in land and development projects. Samantha Newman serves as the Regional Director of Growth for Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. In this role, she oversees agent support and attraction while focusing on streamlining state operations to maximize efficiency, market reach, and overall operational success. Samantha is dedicated to implementing innovative strategies, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive growth and enhance performance across these states.

Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2015, Samantha has been a top producer in the industry. Her career is marked by several awards and accolades, including 2015 Rookie of the Year, recognition in Arkansas Times Best Of, Faulkner County Best of the Best, and more. Before joining eXp Realty, she held roles as an Executive Broker, Sales Leader, and Launch Coach at Keller Williams. Samantha is deeply passionate about every facet of the real estate industry, with a particular focus on empowering agents.
